About the position

As a work environment coordinator, you will belong to our fantastic HR section and contribute your perspective on tricky issues. We support the entire organization in HR and work environment matters by working closely with managers and starting from their needs and everyday life, while also challenging them to create an even better workplace now and in the future.

Working with work environment can be difficult, challenging, and cumbersome, which is why we need you to simplify, inspire, and guide us through our journey.

To do this, you need to have:

• Common sense and a curious approach
• Be persistent but attentive
• Experience (3-5 years) and education in work environment
• The ability to communicate clearly
• Structure and systematics in your work
• A valid driver’s license (B)

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience working with ISO45001
• Worked in process industry or similar
• Experience as a manager and/or safety representative to understand their perspective

Additional information

A large part of our operations is classified as critical societal functions because we supply drinking water to Sweden's fourth largest city. For this position, a security check with a background check will be conducted before employment. You should also be prepared to be assigned to a role within Uppsala Vatten and Avfall's responsibilities in total defense. Uppsala Vatten applies a 6-month probationary period.
