Safetly is an authorized security company with the County Administrative Board, featuring a modern setup.

We have built a marketplace where companies (clients) or we at Safetly can post assignments from our digital platform. When assignments are posted, they immediately reach all active workers through the Safetly app. We then conduct an evaluation and select the most suitable candidate based on all applications.

Safetly currently has over 120 companies as clients and 7000 users as workers. However, about 2-3% of our users are actively working as we select only the very best.

We evaluate all Safetly professionals based on various criteria, including quality, availability, and reliability.

To successfully perform the role of a security guard, the following qualities are required:

• Stress Resistance: You should be able to handle high-pressure situations calmly and composed.
• Responsibility: Taking responsibility for your actions and the tasks assigned to you is essential.
• Ethics and Integrity: Strong morals and always acting with integrity are fundamental in this role.
• Ability to Verbally Handle Conflicts: You should be able to resolve conflicts primarily in a constructive and verbal manner.
• Commitment: A genuine commitment to your work and improving the experience for all visitors.
• Well-Dressed and Correct Uniform: As part of our team, you will not only represent Safetly, our values, and our clients, but you are also part of Sweden's safety and security sector. Therefore, it is important for us that you appreciate the value of being well-dressed, reflecting both professionalism and respect in all situations. This includes everything from a correct uniform to well-maintained personal hygiene.

You must be approved by the County Administrative Board to work in an authorized security company.

• Work as much or as little as you want. You can book the days or shifts you wish to work through the Safetly app. However, note that some services require you to work full-time or part-time.
