Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master with a solid background in backend development who wants to contribute to the development of a system support for educational planning and related functions.

Initially, you will have a leading role in the agile work, where you drive and improve the team's processes. As the project progresses, the focus will shift towards technical work, primarily backend development and code review, which will constitute the majority of your time. The system is built with modern technologies: React/NodeJS for the frontend, Tailwind and FluentUI in the interface, a GraphQL API, and a backend in C# with HotChocolate and Entity Framework. Everything is hosted in an Azure environment.

Great emphasis will be placed on sustainable code, clear documentation, and solutions that are easy to further develop. The working method is agile with established routines such as PI planning, iterations, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives. The role involves taking responsibility for managing and further developing these working methods together with the team. To thrive in this role, we see that you are clear in your communication, comfortable in collaboration, and self-driven. You take initiative, enjoy finding improvements, and have the ability to both question and follow up on established decisions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Five years of experience working with backend development in C#/.NET.
• Familiarity with both Azure DevOps and Azure Portal.
• Post-secondary education in backend or system development, or equivalent competence through work experience.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in lean-agile teams.
