Do you have experience in security technology and security systems and an interest in both operations and project management as well as the implementation of security technical solutions? In the role of security specialist, you will work in the area of physical security, primarily with security technology and security systems. The work includes operations, management, and development, often conducted in project form. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. In the role of security specialist, you may also work on other tasks within physical security and the security field. As a security specialist, you will be part of the physical protection section within the unit for physical protection and surveillance, which is one of three units in the Security Department.

Your background

We are looking for someone with a relevant high school diploma and relevant security-related education. You also have several years of experience in managing larger security technical facilities. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of working with security technology and experience with the security systems available on the market.

It is advantageous if you have completed project management training and if you have worked with security issues in a larger organization. Experience in project work through participation in project or working groups is also advantageous. Additionally, experience in working with security and protection issues within an authority that handles sensitive security operations, or in other operations that largely handle sensitive security operations, is also advantageous. Knowledge of Rakel and knowledge of security control equipment is also a plus. Very good skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.

You have the ability to create trustworthy collaboration at all levels, both internally and externally, and you value good relationships. Other

The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. The position is classified in a security category, and a security clearance with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but having a foreign background is welcome.
