Region Norrbotten is a dynamic and innovative workplace that constantly strives to improve and develop healthcare and other important community functions for the residents of Norrbotten. We are committed to using modern technology and digital solutions to achieve our strategic goals and ensure a sustainable future.
In the IT/MT department, we work closely with other departments throughout the organization, working together towards our common mission – to enable the development of the best health and care for the future.
We are looking for an engaged project manager who wants to help shape the future of Region Norrbotten – a region where good ideas become reality and projects make a difference for residents every day. We expect you to have a technical college/university degree or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English, where you express yourself in a pedagogical manner in both speech and writing. We also expect you to have knowledge of project management and project control, as well as experience in leading, planning, and following up on projects.
This is the role for you if you are driven by getting things done, energized by leading teams forward, and love to create clarity and structure in complex project environments. Here, you will work on meaningful projects that concretely improve people's everyday lives!
Your tasks
- Lead projects that develop and digitize healthcare and create future community services in Norrbotten – for example, digital healthcare solutions, new working methods, or services that increase accessibility for residents.
- Plan, structure, and manage the project's activities – you keep track of both the details and the big picture.
- Gather and engage people, ensure good collaboration, and create a clear common goal.
- Manage budget, timeline, and quality while safeguarding the team's motivation and energy.
Who we believe you are
We believe you appreciate order and structure, have the ability to create clarity, and are motivated by following projects from idea to tangible results. You possess natural leadership skills and can engage different people in change work, whether it involves digitization or developing new working methods.
We hope you have:
- Experience working with many different stakeholders and keeping everyone involved, informed, and engaged.
- A relevant education or equivalent experience in project management or change work.
If you also have experience working with change management, digitization, or project methodology (PROJEKTiL or similar), that is an extra plus!
What we offer you
We offer more than just a job. With us, you will:
- Be part of making a difference in projects that truly matter
- Collaborate with wonderful colleagues in an organization driven by the desire to develop and grow
- Enjoy flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work – but of course, we also like to meet in person sometimes!
- Work in a place where we invest in development, both for our operations and for you personally
- Have development and career opportunities where you can help shape the future of health and care
- Work in health-promoting workplaces with access to wellness activities and wellness grants
