Caverion is expanding with a new assignment, and we now have an exciting role as a property caretaker focused on ventilation for our client Saab, located in Linköping Tannefors. Caverion and Saab are entering into an agreement this year regarding technical management, operation, and maintenance of properties nationally. It is a partnership agreement based on mutual trust and transparency.

We are heading towards an exciting future and building a team that consists of a close-knit group that is nationally responsible for our client's property portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

Your main task will be to ensure contract terms regarding preventive maintenance within ventilation. You will patrol systems, perform service such as filter changes and belt replacements on fans, and carry out simpler fault reports. The work includes documentation in the form of protocols, filter lists, and feedback to the client. You will work both independently and together with our competent team.

You will also work with:

• Planning your own work.
• Preparing work and material orders.
• Daily reporting (text, time, travel, materials, subcontractors, and number of purchases).
• Identifying potential upselling and contributing to its implementation.
• Preventive maintenance - patrolling on UC, ventilation units, etc.

Your Background

• Property caretaker education or other relevant education.
• Some experience in service and maintenance of ventilation systems.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Experience working independently with daily client contacts.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B.
• General good computer skills, knowledge of the Office suite is a merit.

Please note that work may also occur at our client's other sites in the region.

The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
