Vitvaruservice in Linköping is a company specialized in the service and installation of household appliances. They assist both private individuals and property companies when appliances malfunction, ensuring that products work and daily life can continue as usual.

With a close-knit and dedicated team, they take pride in the service they deliver. Due to high demand for their services, they are now looking for a service technician to further strengthen the team.

Vitvaruservice is also part of the Servly Group, which is a brand-independent player in the installation and service of household appliances, laundry rooms, and other home products operating throughout the country. As part of Servly, they have sister companies and colleagues in various locations in Sweden, providing great opportunities for training and employee development across the group.

About the Position

As a service technician, you will be based at our service station in Linköping and work with troubleshooting, service, and repair of household products in homes and properties in Linköping and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will have daily contact with customers in their homes, which means you should enjoy customer meetings and provide excellent service. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is technically skilled and has a desire to further develop.

To participate in our internal further training, an electrical education equivalent to the high school electrical program is required. Experience in the industry as well as certification in electrical and refrigeration work is crucial. Since the position involves travel, you need to have a B driver's license.

We are looking for someone who

• Is an experienced service technician in household appliances or laundry rooms
• Is responsible, structured, and meticulous
• Is good at problem-solving and has an easy time communicating with customers
• Is accustomed to working with computers
• Is a person who enjoys working independently but also has a lot of contact and collaboration with the rest of the team
