Are you our new property caretaker?

As a property caretaker with us, you will be part of a wonderful and knowledgeable team where you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities. Your tasks will be diverse, focusing on operations, maintenance, and ensuring a good working environment in and around our facilities. You will have a holistic perspective – both through preventive maintenance and by stepping in during more urgent issues. With varying and exciting tasks, your days will be filled with:

• Property maintenance
• Property care
• Vehicle maintenance
• Area protection
• Green area maintenance
• Maintaining a good working environment in and around the production facilities
• Forklift and lift operation

Are you the one we are looking for?

Since the job involves a lot of daily contact and communication with internal parties, we see that you possess good collaboration skills and value being service-oriented. You thrive with responsibility and easily lift your gaze to see what needs to be done, then take your own initiatives to get it done. You see solutions in any problems and take responsibility for your work, planning and prioritizing your tasks.

To excel in the role of property caretaker, we see that you have:

• High school education
• Experience in industrial property maintenance, green area maintenance, or equivalent
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken

If you have a forklift license, brush cutter license, and training in work platforms, this is considered a merit. Experience in ventilation, plumbing, and IT skills is also seen as very positive.
