Are you our new Distribution Electrician?

Tekniska verken is responsible for the electricity grid in Linköping, Mjölby, and Katrineholm. This means that we are responsible for the infrastructure needed to bring electricity to your home. As society becomes increasingly electrified, new and higher demands are placed on the electricity grid to withstand weather, wind, and increased electricity consumption. This means we actively need to change and renew our electricity grids to meet the demands and expectations that customers and the future place on us. Therefore, we are now looking for our next star player – a Distribution Electrician!

As a Distribution Electrician with us, you will be an important part of a competent and wonderful team whose main task is to work with the operation, maintenance, and construction of the electricity grid. With varied and challenging tasks, your days will be filled with:

• building, commissioning, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical installations
• working with substations and cable cabinets, switchgear and transformers, overhead lines and underground cables

On-call duty is included in the position.

Working service-oriented and meticulously is also second nature to you!

Experience you bring and share with us:

• Education in electrical engineering at the high school level or equivalent KY education with a focus on electricity distribution. You should have completed your education in Sweden with Swedish standards as a basis.
• Work experience in electricity distribution or electrical installation
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

If you have a BE driver's license, ESA training, and/or work on roads, it is considered an asset. Previous experience in electricity distribution is something we view positively.
