Junior IT-ServiceDesk Employee

In this junior position, we are looking for someone with previous experience from an IT-ServiceDesk who wants to join a large company here in Stockholm. You will work in 1st line and assist colleagues with various IT issues.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a large construction company in Sweden with its headquarters here in Stockholm, from where they manage all IT, especially the Service Desk. In this role, you will work in the first line, receiving cases from colleagues related to both hardware and software via email, phone, and on-site. You will replace a person currently in the role who has some extra responsibilities for hardware orders, which you will inherit.

The working hours for this role are 07:00-16:00.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In this position, you will work with IT support in areas such as infrastructure, clients, applications, security, workplaces, printers, and meeting/conference rooms. You will handle assigned cases, including troubleshooting and documentation of these. If necessary, you will hand over or distribute cases to other groups for further troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Processing cases that come in through various channels: case management system, phone, on-site visits
  • Remote control of client computers for troubleshooting/helping the user
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding workplaces and meeting/conference rooms

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has at least one year of experience in IT support / ServiceDesk
  • Experience providing support in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint admin, Exchange, Teams admin, MS Defender)
  • ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Easit, or JIRA
  • Knowledge in Active Directory, Intune, and OneDrive
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
