Personal Assistant with Experience in Autism

We are looking for a reliable and alert personal assistant with experience in autism to work with a 13-year-old boy in Lidingö. You should have knowledge of low-arousal approaches, and sign language skills are a plus. It is important that you can create a stable and trusting relationship with the boy to support him in his daily life.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various activities together with the boy
• Provide active support in daily routines such as personal hygiene, meals, and play
• Be a present and reliable adult who can create safety and structure
• Prevent risks in everyday life

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches
• Sign language skills are an advantage

Working Hours

Morning shifts, evening shifts, and daytime every other weekend. The hours can be adjusted, and you have the opportunity to choose the degree of employment.
