Our boy is playful, happy, and positive with a great interest in Pokémon, swimming in the pool, and spending time with friends, siblings, and family. He uses a wheelchair for support and requires tube feeding.

As an assistant, you will work closely with the whole family, who enjoy spending time together. The job involves participating in daily routines as well as joining on outings, parties, and little adventures.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and takes initiative, someone who likes to take responsibility and quickly finds solutions when problems arise. You are cheerful and encouraging, and your positive attitude contributes to creating a good atmosphere around you. Our days can look different, so you need to be flexible and enjoy variety. Additionally, you are good at listening and adapting to different situations. You have the ability to make physiotherapy and medication a natural and fun part of the day with the help of play.

Furthermore, you have knowledge of basic hygiene routines, as our boy is sensitive to infections. Knowledge of or interest in learning more about autism is desirable. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is an important part of the job. Some lifting is involved, so you should not have injuries or similar that hinder the performance of the tasks. Being smoke-free is a requirement.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities and chemistry.

About the position:

Every or every other Sunday afternoon/evening (until 00:30). Possibility for occasional shifts on Saturdays, as well as substitutes during weekdays in the afternoon/evening (until 00:30). We would also like you to be able to work during school breaks (day/evening).
