What the role entails:

As a software architect, you will be a central part in ensuring that our applications meet high standards for security, performance, and quality. The role includes:

• Leading and participating in development projects from concept to implementation, focusing on innovation and business value.
• Design and technical solution development for applications and integrations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Responsibility for technical standardization, code review, and optimization of development processes.
• Acting as a mentor for junior development teams. Establishing and developing our working methods.
• Ensuring IT security and compliance with industry standards.
• Participating in planning common roadmaps that support the organization's long-term goals.

What we are looking for:

• Academic degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in application development and integration, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical competence in programming languages (e.g., C/C++, C#, PL/SQL, JavaScript) and experience with DevOps tools (e.g., git).
• Experience with databases (primarily MSSQL Server) as well as cloud technologies and containerization.
• You are analytical, structured, and have the ability to find new and effective ways of working.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish and English.
