IT Support Consultant Wanted for Exciting Assignment in Örebro
We are currently looking for a self-driven and service-oriented IT support consultant who wants to take on an exciting assignment at the client's location in Örebro. The assignment lasts for approximately five weeks, starting after Easter – or by agreement. We are working with ongoing selection, so apply today!
ABOUT THE POSITION
The purpose of the role is to cover during an intensive period at our client's site. The assignment is time-limited but is a great opportunity for you who want to develop your skills and broaden your experience in IT. The work will take place on-site at our client's premises in Örebro, during daytime Monday to Friday. In the role of support technician, you will work with IT support, handle incoming cases, and installation on client platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting and handling of IT equipment
- User support via phone, email, and chat
- Administration of IT environments (e.g., accounts, permissions, printing)
- Provide guidance on how users work in various programs
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a high school education or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of computers, operating systems, networks, and security
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with case management systems, preferably Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have worked in a similar role before.
