About the Job

Are you passionate about great service, responsible, and curious to learn more about the property management industry? Do you enjoy having fun at work? Would you like to strengthen our team during the summer? Your tasks In the role of customer service representative at Per Mangelus Förvaltning AB, you will receive customers via phone and email, guiding them professionally regarding questions and matters related to their rental properties.

The role requires a solution-oriented focus as you will need to collaborate with other departments within PM Förvaltning to find the best solution for the customer's issue.

Your task is to provide the best possible service with a customer focus!

• Answer calls regarding inquiries, orders, and guidance

• Solve problems for PM Förvaltning AB's incoming customers and provide world-class service by working solution-oriented and efficiently with your colleagues

• Contribute to increased understanding among customers for PM Förvaltning AB and offer value-added services and sell these to both new and existing customers

• Work purposefully and structured with the help of our subcontractors and colleagues

• Not be afraid to try or help out in the field together with your other colleagues

• Conduct apartment viewings and organize move-ins and move-outs among our rental properties

You are a positive, engaged, and responsible person with a professional work approach and good communication skills. You are curious to learn new things and have a drive to develop.

You can speak and write fluently in Swedish. Technical knowledge/interest is a merit.

We prefer that you are 18 years or older. We offer you a fixed-term assignment as a customer service representative during the summer of 2025

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30-15:00. This role involves not only working with exciting tasks and being challenged, but for us, it is also important to have fun at work and to develop! Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and your own engagement.

Per Mangelus Förvaltning AB is a management and accounting company. We offer all the comforts of everyday life: electricity, water, heating, waste management, and TV to our customers.
