Omtanken Kviberg is part of the Medtanken Group, which currently has 11 established Youth Mental Health teams. We have extensive knowledge and experience within our organization in driving and developing first-line work.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work with the mental health of children and adolescents from a primary care perspective, which involves short interventions and self-help assistance. We highly value our accessibility. The intensity of treatment is adapted to the patient's care needs. Sometimes one or a few visits are sufficient. The goal is for the patient to increase their quality of life and function better in their daily life. Collaboration with other services occurs based on needs for the best possible care. UPH also has a collaboration assignment, which is why we also collaborate broadly and consult other services that meet children, adolescents, and parents.

We work with internet-based therapy, individual therapies in the form of psychological counseling, and primary care-adapted cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) both physically and digitally, as well as several group-based transdiagnostic interventions for both children and youth and their parents.

In addition to close collaboration with other professionals at the health center, you will also become part of our UPH network within the group, where we currently have about 60 employees in the field. We regularly engage in networking work where there are opportunities for collegial collaboration and support.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a healthcare curator with CBT level 1 training. You preferably have previous experience of clinical work with children, adolescents, and parents, ideally in a primary care context.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good work environment.

Personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance.

Scope: Full-time or as agreed

Employment type: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period

Working hours: Flexible working hours, scheduled by agreement between 07:45-17:00
