Waterfront Cabins, part of Svenska Hem in Bromma, is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for several passionate and driven Property Caretakers for on-call employment during the summer.

This position gives you the chance to be a key person in our team where you can influence and contribute to creating a pleasant and well-maintained environment for both our guests and colleagues.

About the position

As a property caretaker with us, you will be part of a dynamic and engaged team where no day is the same. You will be responsible for the daily operation of our properties, from maintenance and repairs to ensuring that all our guests have a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Your tasks include:

• Daily operation and maintenance of our properties – both inside and outside
• Repairs in our studios and public areas
• Handling of reported issues and follow-up
• Responsibility for fire and evacuation alarms
• Contact with contractors and external suppliers
• Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance
• Work may occur during the day, evening, and weekends

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about service and has a natural ability to help others
• Thrives in a fast-growing and varied work environment
• Is self-driven but enjoys collaborating in a tight team
• Has a problem-solving attitude and always strives to go the extra mile for our guests
• Has experience in similar roles
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Employment:

• On-call employment starting immediately with the possibility of a schedule during the summer
• Location: Kvillepiren 12, Gothenburg
• Weekend and evening work may occur
• Salary according to individual agreement
