Are you an experienced Scrum Master or business analyst with a strong interest in driving agile methods and developing teams? What does the role entail? As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring that the development team delivers and evolves in its agile work practices. You will be part of a team and be responsible for:

• Practicing and developing agile principles and leading Scrum meetings.
• Supporting product owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Analyzing performance and reporting status as well as improvement opportunities.
• Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).

Who are you? You have a strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can quickly identify and address obstacles in the work to ensure that the development team continuously and efficiently delivers value. To succeed in the role, you also need to have:

• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, CSM).
• At least two years of experience working with ServiceNow in larger organizations.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and other agile methods such as Kanban and Lean.
• Experience leading teams and coaching in agile work methods.

It is a merit if you have:

• Certification in ServiceNow
• Certification in ITIL
