Then we hope we have already captured your interest for this PTP position! The Child Health Care is a service with a long tradition of having PTP psychologists as a natural part of the organization. As a PTP psychologist with us, you will be part of a group of 18 psychologists who together make up the Child Health Care Psychology Unit. The unit manager is also a psychologist and has previously been a PTP study director. With us, you will receive a broad PTP position that includes everything from assessment and treatment to investigation, all under the supervision of an experienced and licensed psychologist.

The Role of PTP Psychologist

As a PTP psychologist with us, you will work with your supervisor to shape your service plan to ensure that you cover all areas that should be included during your year with us. The Child Health Care offers a good breadth regarding tasks and development issues, which facilitates building the year in a good way. Previous PTP psychologists have led parent groups, implemented new treatment methods, and evaluated various treatment interventions, which have been experienced as a developing aspect of the PTP.

Opportunities to supervise, lecture, or include training sessions for our child health nurses are also popular parts of the other psychological work. You will be welcomed to our fresh premises at Värnamo Family Center, where you will work closely with two licensed psychologist colleagues. Other psychologists are gathered at the psychology unit in Jönköping and in the eastern part of the county. Since we have operations throughout the county and collaborate, travel to other parts of the county for meetings may be included, and these occur during working hours. We prefer that you have a B driver's license.

Your Profile

You also have an interest in providing support and treatment to adults at the primary level.
