Lifeguards Wanted at Ekobadet Summer 2025

Ekobadet is part of the culture and leisure unit's operations, and we are now looking for lifeguards for the summer of 2025. The positions will be filled on the condition that Ekobadet can open as planned.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the water and experienced in service work. Applicants must pass a water rescue test with a satisfactory result.

As a person, you should be structured, organized, and able to work under sometimes stressful situations. To thrive in this role, you should be service-oriented, enjoy order and cleanliness, and have very good physical fitness. You are solution-focused and flexible, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Training in lifeguarding, experience from working at swimming facilities, and in swimming is advantageous but not a requirement.

You must provide a satisfactory extract from the criminal record register - Children in other activities (please order the extract at the same time you submit your application so that you have everything ready if you are offered the position).

Job Responsibilities:

You are the face of our entire operation and deliver the highest level of service to our visitors at the facility. As pool staff, your primary tasks include lifeguarding, cleaning, and daily supervision of the machinery. Together, we in the workgroup share a common responsibility to ensure that the service at our facility maintains a high standard. We ensure that the entire facility is clean and fresh, and that all our visitors feel safe while they are with us.

Scope:

One position is 100% and the other is 75% during the period from June 9 to August 10. Please indicate if you are interested in both employment levels or just one. The positions include evening and weekend work.

There is also a need to cover short-term absences during this period, so we welcome applicants who want to work sporadically. Please mention this in your application.
