Are you an experienced Head Waiter with a passion for service and hospitality? Melanders Täby Centrum is now looking for a new colleague to join our restaurant team!

We are looking for someone who is a good team player, contributes to a positive work environment, is confident in their role, has a warm and welcoming personality, and wants to deliver fantastic service together with us.

As a head waiter, you play a key role - you are the first person our guests meet. We are looking for someone who is driven, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and loves service. You will have a supervisory role and during your shift, you will inspire and motivate the service team in a pedagogical and responsible manner. You have a genuine interest in food, drinks, and people, and can communicate clearly to contribute to smooth and profitable teamwork. To succeed in this role, you are unpretentious, can juggle multiple tasks, and know how to prioritize.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest and good knowledge of food and drinks
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading a team
• Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented
• Is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• Is structured, organized, and has good collaboration skills
