Driving Instructor Wanted at Allians Trafikskola

We are growing and looking for an experienced driving instructor and/or educational leader. As a driving instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating students about risk awareness and promoting awareness of traffic risks. You are responsible for ensuring that your students meet the goals set by the Swedish Transport Agency and that all participants actively contribute to the results. Your pedagogical skills will be essential in creating an engaging learning environment where groups collaborate to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a driving instructor education and/or educational leader training
• Is pedagogically inclined and enjoys teaching.
• Is passionate about creating a good learning environment.
• Wants to get groups to collaborate and involve all participants in achieving the goals.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English for documentation and communication.

It is an advantage if you have held or wish to hold moped training.
