Folkuniversitetet is the principal of a high school in central Stockholm - Kungstensgymnasiet. We offer Sam-sam, Sam-behavior, Ek-ek, Ek-law, and the Aesthetic program, with a focus on photography. The high school will have about 600 students by autumn 2025. The building also houses a variety of adult education programs and folk education courses. We have an international profile and seek interdisciplinary connections manifested in recurring project work. Our view of students is based on a belief in human potential, and we emphasize group processes as a favorable condition for individual learning. Our high level of ambition makes the work developing and stimulating. We believe that the team enhances the individual teacher's effectiveness.

For the autumn term of 2025, we are looking for a substitute teacher in Swedish and history as our regular teacher is on parental leave. We want you to have a teaching license, good subject knowledge, and a passion for working with youth and their development. You seek points of contact between your own and other subjects as well as with our surroundings. You understand that collaboration with other teachers is essential to succeed in the mission since what happens in your own classroom is a smaller part of a larger whole. Additionally, you value the opportunity to work in a large and multifaceted educational organization.
