Clarion Hotel Örebro is located on Kungsgatan in central Örebro and is an international full-service hotel with 136 rooms, a conference department, and its own restaurant.

The hotel is owned by HKC Hotels, which also includes Hotell Kung Carl in Stockholm, Hotel Noble House in Malmö, Åby Hotell in Gothenburg, Hus57 in Ängelholm, and Hotell Hudik in Hudiksvall.

Job Advertisement: Receptionist

Clarion Hotel Örebro is now looking for a receptionist for 80%.

As a receptionist, you will work to take care of our guests in the best way possible. The working hours are irregular, scheduled both on weekdays and weekends as well as public holidays. We work in shifts, primarily day and evening, but night shifts may also occur.

The position includes, among other things:

• Guest service, taking care of our guests in the best way possible
• Standard reception tasks, such as check-in and check-out, phone calls, emails, bookings, and invoicing
• Always being updated on and following our policies, routines, and checklists
• Assisting our guests with various questions and requests before, during, and after their stay
• Sales of products available at the reception as well as bar sales during agreed times
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the reception and lobby area
• Helping other departments as much as possible
• Active participation in departmental/information meetings

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience from hotel reception
• Good knowledge of hotel booking systems, knowledge of MEWS is an advantage.
• Good language skills, fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form are required
• At least 20 years old (some of the tasks require you to be at least 20 years old by law)
