Join Us in Nora Municipality's Meal Organization!

Within the meal organization, there are about 15 preparation/reception kitchens of varying sizes, ranging from small preschools to larger school units. The meal organization is currently looking for hourly employees for our operations. Have you worked as a kitchen assistant, pastry chef, café assistant, cook, or similar? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities consist of all tasks within a kitchen, such as preparation of cold and hot dishes, serving food, and washing dishes. As an hourly employee, you will work in several of our operations, so the scope of working hours and tasks will vary based on the needs of the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have relevant education in the field or previous experience working in preparation and reception kitchens, or other experience/education that the employer deems relevant.

It is considered an advantage if you have documented work experience in kitchens, cafés, or serving. It is also advantageous if you have worked with food handling.

Furthermore, we see that you have good computer skills, primarily within the Office suite.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language to read instructions and safety regulations, communicate with colleagues and other individuals in the organization, and carry out written documentation.

A driver's license (B) and access to your own car are required as you need to be able to work at several of our operations, even outside central Nora.

We are looking for someone who is creative and good at collaborating, as cooperation with educators and others we serve is essential. You have an unpretentious focus on the common goal, set high goals for yourself, and ensure that you achieve these with good results.
