About the Position

We are finally back in Karlskoga and are opening a mini-casino!

We are now looking for competent staff who want to be part of the journey and continue to strengthen our brand. Upon hiring, a free training course to become a Croupier/Dealer will begin, where you will primarily play blackjack, roulette, or poker with guests.

In addition to the basic games, the training also includes social interaction, techniques, duty of care regarding gambling addiction, and conflict management. Further training in Texas, Roulette, and other games of interest will also be provided at no cost.

The base salary is 168 SEK per hour plus commission. Additional pay for experience and for each game learned.

Qualifications/Assets

The job as a Croupier requires that you are an open and social person who easily finds your place among others. You are quick-witted, eager to do your best, and can work independently but also thrive in a team. It is also important that you are comfortable with and able to work evenings and weekends.

A driver's license and previous training/experience are advantageous but not required. If you have prior experience from restaurant casinos or tournament poker, please mark your application with “Head Croupier Skövde,” otherwise just “Croupier Skövde.”
