Grindstugan is a well-established restaurant and street kitchen located by E20 in Laxå. We are known for our high standards in hygiene, quality, and service and strive to always deliver a first-class experience to our customers.

We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated pizza baker who wants to become part of our team and contribute to our continued development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing pizzas and other dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards
• 
  
• Cash handling and customer service with a high level of service
• 
  
• Maintaining good hygiene and order in the kitchen according to current food regulations
• 
  
• Working in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen where quality and efficiency are crucial

Qualifications and requirements

• At least one year of documented experience working in a pizzeria or street kitchen
• 
  
• Good cash handling skills and the ability to work efficiently under high pressure
• 
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate well in a team
• 
  
• Strong service mindset and professional customer interaction
• 
  
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
