We are looking for staff for home care, Malå municipality.

We offer you a meaningful job as a nursing assistant/caregiver in Home Care. With us, you will be part of a team of about 40 employees. A job where you can influence your working situation and your working hours. This is what you will work with

You will assist our customers in their homes based on needs-assessed interventions from the Social Services Act. The tasks include care and service as well as health and medical tasks such as delegation. The work also involves ongoing documentation. You will travel to customers by car, bicycle, or on foot. Our work is performed by staff with experience and competence in care and elderly care. Safety, flexibility, and good service are important guiding principles in our operations.

We are looking for you

Together with other staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing care work with a focus on quality. You will actively participate in quality and development work and will perform health and medical interventions by delegation. We are looking for someone who is driven to work with people and make a real difference for customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life. As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. It is important that you always meet our customers and their relatives in a warm and respectful manner. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. We work based on the care we provide & always start from each individual's needs. The work includes documentation in our journal system Procapita.

We apply a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

We prefer that you have nursing assistant qualifications but it is not a requirement. Experience in the profession is an advantage. You are flexible, have good initiative, good collaboration skills, and are interested in working with the elderly. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Duration/working hours:

Permanent employment. A 6-month probationary period may be applicable. Start date by agreement. Employment will be ongoing, so do not wait to apply.
