In the role of Legal / Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the VP of Tech Strategy and the MD for Sweden. Your assignment is both operational and strategic, where you will be the spider in the web making things happen.

Your main responsibilities:

Legal support:

• Handle all legal matters related to the CEO role

• Prepare steering group meetings, manage legal processes and contracts

• Act as Data Privacy Officer for the Swedish operations

Support to the management team:

• Plan and coordinate meetings with the Swedish management team

• Prepare materials for management reviews

• Coordinate internal communication from the CEO, including All Hands meetings

Executive Assistant tasks:

• Book travel, meetings, and manage calendar bookings

• Support the Tech Strategy team in communication and administration

• Update and maintain the intranet page for Tech Strategy

We are looking for someone who has:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in similar roles. Basic knowledge of Swedish legislation and a strong ability to understand legal requirements in managing a legal entity.

Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.

Very good computer skills and experience working in various CRM systems.
