Karlsängskolan is hiring a Teacher in Spanish and English

Karlsängskolan is a grades 7-9 school located in central Nora, where most of the municipality's upper secondary students apply. We have a stable and competent faculty with high qualifications characterized by flexibility and commitment. We are organized into work teams and work according to language and knowledge-developing methods.

We are looking for a teacher in Spanish combined with English for the autumn semester!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching in the subjects and groups you are responsible for together with experienced colleagues in your subjects.
• You use methods and approaches that lead to the best possible achievement of goals.
• You create a learning environment and support students' social development.
• You work and document in the operational systems and keep yourself updated on the research in your field.

The position also includes teaching in grades 5 and 6 as well as mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

A teaching license for grades 6-9 with qualifications in the above subjects is required.

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and easily connects with students and guardians. As a teacher, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a calm and safe school environment. A prerequisite for succeeding in this role is that you have knowledge of children's development and learning, as well as the ability to adapt teaching based on the group and individual students' needs and conditions.
