Job Description

As a nurse at Humana Högalid, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You will also play an important role in the development of your colleagues' skills, as you will train and guide nursing staff as needed. You will work alongside a nursing colleague when you replace our other nurse who is at home taking care of their child. Together, you will share responsibility for 40 seniors at the facility.

Examples of tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions
• Manage and follow up documentation and deviations
• Assist with the move-in of new clients and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks

About the employment

Working hours and degree of employment: Weekdays during the day, employment degree 88%.

Salary: Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: May 5, 2025

Duration: until September 5, 2025

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we hope you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have knowledge of documenting in the Lifecare journal system
• Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience working in elderly care or home care
• Have experience working with people with dementia
• Have experience from privately run operations
• Have experience in documentation work
• If you can work the entire summer

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can provide valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. There will be a verification of credentials with the National Board of Health and Welfare, and we always request an extract from the criminal record.
