We are looking for a driven and dedicated property caretaker to join our team for client assignments where experience in the field is an advantage.

In this role, you will work with various property maintenance tasks that include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, weed removal, and litter picking. The position requires good physical condition and the ability to perform tasks that sometimes involve heavy lifting and prolonged standing. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with flexibility, attention to detail, and an aptitude for prioritization. In your role, you must be creative with your own responsibilities, where you have opportunities to develop in your property caretaker role.

Meritorious

Previous experience in property and/or garden maintenance.
Good knowledge of vegetation and plant care.
Ability to operate and maintain garden equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
Driving license B.
Good references.

The position is in Kungsör and runs from May 1 to August 31, with a chance of extension.
