Are you a service technician in the Jönköping area with experience in alarms/locks and access systems? About the position

As a service technician with our client, you will work with service and repairs at customer sites. You will also be responsible for participating as a technical resource when starting with completely new customers or during project work. Travel is also required during work hours.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Independently plan, prioritize, and execute service work
• Work closely with a project manager to carry out technical installations within the given timeframes
• Independently report time and invoice customers, as well as identify upselling opportunities and improvement options

About you

You are a skilled technician with professional experience in areas such as alarms, locks, and access systems, as well as technical education.

As a person, you are service-oriented and enjoy building customer relationships. You should also have the ability to communicate clearly, be responsible, and work in a flexible and structured manner.

The requirements for the position are as follows:

• Good product understanding within the alarm/lock industry
• Technical understanding and interest in technology
• Technical education in electronics or mechanics
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Swedish
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• At least 2 years of experience as a service technician or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (B)
