About the role: As a process engineer at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality of our products. You will work closely with our teams in quality and environmental health and safety to achieve maximum results and ensure the safety of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Analyze and solve technical problems on the production line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document and report process improvements and results.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a process engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with quality and safety standards.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
