Communication Consultant Needed for Transformation Program

One of our clients in the industrial sector is now seeking a Communication Consultant for a comprehensive, cross-company transformation program. The assignment starts on May 5, 2025, initially lasts for 12 months with the possibility of extension, and involves 32 hours per week. You will play a key role in a change initiative aimed at harmonizing working methods and implementing a new global ERP system.

About the Role

The client is undergoing a significant change process where systems, processes, and working methods need to be modernized and coordinated across the organization. As a Communication Consultant, you will work closely with the program's Communications Lead and be part of the Business Change team. Your mission is to support both the program and the business through clear, audience-adapted communication that fosters understanding and engagement in the change.

You will work both strategically and operationally, with significant responsibility for planning and executing communication efforts. The role requires experience in change communication in complex environments – preferably within larger transformation programs or ERP implementations.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Support project teams and managers in communicating effectively during change
• Plan and lead communication activities to achieve the desired effect
• Transform complex information into clear messages for different target groups
• Create PowerPoint presentations and news articles
• Be the editor for an internal newsletter (bi-monthly)
• Ensure that SharePoint pages are informative and up-to-date

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience as a communication consultant or communication specialist
• Solid experience in change communication in projects with significant organizational impact
• Experience supporting managers in communication during change
• Experience from project teams, preferably in business transformation or ERP implementations
• Proficient in writing and editing articles and project information
• Very good experience working in SharePoint
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Scope and Location:

The assignment involves 32 hours per week and is performed as hybrid work. The client has its headquarters in Solna, where physical presence is expected at least two days a week. Some travel to other offices within Sweden may occur.
