Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an experienced Procurement Manager for a leading energy company in Stockholm. Here you will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective and sustainable purchases that support the company's operations and long-term goals. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic purchasing processes within the company. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize costs, quality, and delivery times. The role requires a strategic and analytical ability, combined with a business-oriented mindset and strong negotiation skills. Your work includes developing and implementing purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective and sustainable business, as well as negotiating and establishing contracts with suppliers and ensuring compliance with agreed terms. You will analyze the market to identify new supplier opportunities and innovations, while collaborating with various departments to understand purchasing needs and requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that purchasing processes comply with applicable regulations and internal guidelines, as well as leading and participating in procurement projects and driving improvement initiatives within purchasing.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing and procurement.
• You have a good understanding of procurement law and contract law.
• You have experience working with sustainable and innovative purchasing solutions.
• It is highly meritorious if you have experience from the energy sector or a similar industry.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Start Date and Application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start within 1-2 months, and the assignment is expected to last at least 12 months, with great chances of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Stockholm. Remote work is possible by agreement with our client.
