Hjorth & Partners is a full-service agency in finance and law that offers comprehensive solutions to our clients, from daily bookkeeping and payroll management to qualified advice in areas such as tax law and labor law. We are a growing company with an inspiring and inclusive workplace and are now looking for a driven and responsible sales and marketing manager to strengthen our team.
Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in this role, you have an education in sales and/or marketing, preferably from a vocational school or university, or you are in the process of completing such an education. You have a strong interest in sales and marketing work and have worked with your own channels, such as LinkedIn. In your new role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's sales and marketing strategies, and you will have close contact with the company's owners to discuss methods and strategies moving forward.
To fit in the role, we see that you are an energetic and results-oriented person with a strong drive. You are self-sufficient, work efficiently, and value delivering high quality in your work. You are curious to learn and develop. We expect you to have excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· Be creative and find new ways to present our products and services that stand out.
· The ability to take initiative and make independent decisions as well as set and work towards clear goals.
· Be able to adapt to new trends, technologies, and customer needs. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things are crucial.
· You should be empathetic and have an easy time building trust.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales strategies for the company and conduct proactive sales work in accordance with these strategies.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies and work broadly with the company's marketing.
· Understand the market, customers, and how business models work and be able to identify business opportunities.
· Create and publish posts on the company's LinkedIn.
· Create campaigns, ads, and content that stand out.
· Conduct competitive monitoring and perform analyses.
· Follow up and analyze statistics to ensure that the strategies yield the desired results.
The position is initially hourly/part-time and can be combined with studies starting as soon as possible, considering any notice period. The office is located in Södermalm, Stockholm.
