Job Description As a rental agent with us, you will be responsible for the daily interaction with customers and play a central role in driving the depot forward. Your main task is to manage customer orders and meet their needs with a high level of service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. In addition to face-to-face meetings, you will also communicate with customers via computer and phone, which means that computer skills and good social abilities are important. Sometimes the job may involve performing simple functional checks on machines as well as basic cleaning and preparation of machine returns. The role of a rental agent is broad and flexible, and you will also support your colleagues with various tasks at the depot.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied job where flexibility, teamwork, and team spirit are crucial. You are attentive and social, contribute to a good atmosphere, and see relationship-building as a natural part of your work. Accuracy, quality, and service are self-evident to you. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, are unpretentious, and can prioritize effectively. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
