Specialistcenter Malmö is a modern specialist clinic in orthopedics. To ensure a well-functioning surgical operation, a well-maintained property is required. We are now looking for a dedicated and technically skilled property caretaker who wants to help ensure that our premises and outdoor environment always meet high standards.

About the Position

The position includes 20% property maintenance. We believe this position could suit a retired property caretaker, janitor, service technician, or craftsman who still wants to work but perhaps not full-time.

The position is also advertised as a combined role with 80% cleaning and 20% property maintenance.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Ongoing maintenance of premises and property, both inside and outside.
• Care of the grounds around the clinic.
• Responsible for contacts with external suppliers for property-related services.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property maintenance and upkeep.
• Is technically interested and knowledgeable.
• Is proactive, meticulous, and reliable.
• Has the ability to work independently and solve problems on their own.
• It is an advantage if you have completed fire safety training.
