ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a job coach for daily activities.

In daily activities, we work with people who need support, and as a job coach in Lycksele municipality, you will have an exciting and challenging job. You will be a job coach for individuals with disabilities who have been granted daily activities under LSS, the Act on Support and Service. Your job is to be creative and find meaningful employment and activities for our participants. You should put the individuals at the center and provide support so that their own abilities develop. Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, support educator, support assistant, or has other training that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with individuals with disabilities and preferably experience in similar work. We consider experience/knowledge of working with cognitive aids as an advantage. Computer skills and a B driver's license are also required for the position.

As a person, you find it easy to adapt and prioritize tasks according to current conditions. You are confident in your professional role, have a strong sense of responsibility, good collaboration skills, and enjoy new challenges. You appreciate the variation between independent work and collaboration.
