Experienced Leader in Semiconductor Production

Are you an experienced leader with broad technical expertise in semiconductor production? Do you want to work in a high-tech environment where you have the opportunity to lead and further develop a maintenance team? Then this could be the position for you!

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility are:

  • Lead and coach the maintenance group for Lithography and Wet Chem.
  • Ensure effective and accurate maintenance efforts and carry out necessary preventive and corrective actions.
  • Develop work methods and technologies to support efficiency, quality, capacity, and safety.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive the implementation process.
  • Plan and secure both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work in the wafer factory.
  • Develop maintenance processes for new systems in the wafer factory.
  • Follow up and report key maintenance-related metrics.
  • Be responsible for spare parts management and ensure that the right parts are in stock.
  • Develop and maintain necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Possibly lead projects for the installation of new equipment and upgrades, and be responsible for spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • An engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, technical physics, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in areas such as mechanics, electronics, vacuum systems, and testing.
  • Solid experience in production and maintenance work, with experience in semiconductors being an advantage.
  • Experience working practically (“hands-on”) with advanced equipment.
  • Documented leadership ability and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
  • High IT maturity with good knowledge of the Office suite and other relevant systems for the role.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
