About the job:

Work supervisor for youth groups in Huddinge municipality.

We are looking for three dedicated work supervisors to lead, motivate, and inspire young people during their summer internship. The employment period is from June 9 to August 22.

Your main task is to lead the work for the youth in the group. Together, you will, among other things, improve outdoor environments, participate in various leisure activities, support work in kitchen and café operations, and take care of public areas such as beaches, etc. You are a person who creates safety and a good atmosphere for the youth with your positive energy, while also leading and supporting the work to collaborate with other supervisors at the various workplaces. You enjoy a varied job.

About you:

You are an engaged and solution-oriented person who enjoys mentoring and supporting young people in their first work experience. You take initiative, create structure, and motivate the interns to develop in their tasks. With good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate, you contribute to a positive and educational work environment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Qualifications:

• High school education
• Driver's license B
• Experience in café, retail, or leisure activities where customer contact and service have been an active part of the work

We request a criminal record extract from the Police in accordance with Huddinge municipality's procedures in connection with employment.
