We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. Being extremely solution-oriented and seeing opportunities is an important quality. Being flexible and taking initiative where needed is incredibly important in this role as we are in the building phase and will shape this fantastic preschool and culture together. You have a drive to develop and are independent in your work and see what needs to be done.

Qualifications:

• Educated preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
• You are well acquainted with the curriculum's goals regarding teaching and learning.
• You have experience working and leading systematic quality work at the group level.
• You have good knowledge of Office365
• Previous experience in preschool operations is highly meritorious

About the Turbinen preschool This preschool is completely new and will open in August. The preschool will have 5 departments with a total capacity for 80 children. At full capacity, we will have about 12 educators employed. However, this will be built up over time, and we need a handful of educators at the beginning who are eager to build this together.

At Norlandia preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and through offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment form: 2 permanent positions

Scope: 100%

Working hours: ~6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Start date: June-August

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
