First Hotel City is an old prestigious hotel located opposite the train station in Eskilstuna. We have a total of 58 rooms and 1 mini suite. We are now looking for a receptionist for a maternity cover. The position is primarily afternoon/evening work Monday to Friday, but some weekends may occur. During the summer, there may be varied hours both during the day, evenings, and weekends. The position is approximately 70% and the maternity cover is up to 12 months starting as soon as possible.

The role of receptionist with us involves checking in guests, entering bookings into the system, and answering the phone. We work in the hotel system Hotsoft. From Monday to Thursday, you will also prepare simple evening meals for our guests. You will be working alone, so it is important to be able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.

Who are you applying?

· As the serving manager for the bar, it is required by the alcohol license that you are over 20 years old.

· Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

· English in speech and writing.

· Responsible.

· Service-minded and always putting guests first.

· Computer literate.

· Other languages are an advantage.

· Experience in the service industry, preferably hotels.
