ABOUT THE POSITION:

To enhance and elevate our restaurant operations, we are now looking for an additional waitress/waiter who can bring energy and service awareness and play an important role in the operations at Grytsberg.

During weekdays, our main guests are conference attendees who visit Grytsberg, where we serve everything from breakfast, snacks, lunch, to delightful dinners. On weekends, private guests come to enjoy everything the hotel, restaurant, and beautiful surroundings have to offer.

We host many weddings, events, grand parties, and cozy birthday dinners.

ABOUT YOU:

To be the right fit for this position, you should have a passion for service and excellent guest interaction. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for food and beverages who works well in a team. You should have at least 2 years of experience in serving and be organized and proactive. Guest satisfaction is important to us, and therefore you should be present, attentive, social, and willing to deliver beyond expectations. Knowledge of wine and beverages is a plus.

WORKING HOURS AND CONDITIONS:

The position as serving staff is full-time with working hours during both day and evening, on weekdays as well as weekends. Naturally, we have a collective agreement and are a member of Visita.

The position starts by agreement.

As Grytsberg Säteri is relatively difficult to access by public transport, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Employment type:

Permanent after successful probationary period.
