What does the job of Assistant Restaurant Manager entail?

As an assistant restaurant manager, you are responsible for the operation and staff of the restaurant together with the restaurant manager. You collaborate to develop employees by delegating and guiding them with new tasks.

The following responsibilities are included in the position:

  • Staffing responsible with directives from the restaurant manager.
  • Maintain a good customer experience and service.
  • Contribute to and maintain established routines or create new routines as needed.
  • Orders
  • Deliveries
  • Local marketing and recruitment.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry. You should be service-oriented and able to maintain an overview in a fast-paced work environment. You are resilient, resourceful, and good at leading and developing staff.
