Join our global team as a Buyer within Engineering Services Purchasing. Engineering Services Purchasing supports the entire Volvo Group related to Product Development and electrification, to name a few. The supplier base is global, and the segment has a spend of around 4 bSEK.

In your job, you will focus on:

• Purchase of consultants based onsite in one of Volvo’s locations for a shorter or longer period.
• Planning, sourcing, and follow-up on work packages supporting a wide range of R&D projects.
• Supplier host responsibility for several suppliers – meaning ensuring relationships at a healthy level and being the single point of contact for these suppliers towards the Volvo Group.
• Optimizing the supplier base by focusing on sustainability, quality, and other strategic parameters.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the team.
• Actively contributing to the team development by bringing improvement ideas and supporting your colleagues.
