ABOUT THE ROLE You will have overall responsibility for two departments, working comprehensively on the development of the departments, as well as streamlining processes and routines. Lead and develop the department's employees to meet our and the customer's expectations. You are responsible for receiving, preparing, and driving projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, with the right quality and at the right cost. Through continuous improvement work, you will develop the business towards increased customer satisfaction and profitability. You will be part of the factory's management team.

YOUR PROFILE To fit into the role, you have experience in both technology and quality work in a leadership position. You have good insight into project management, quality flows, safety, and production. You have worked with streamlining, continuous improvements, and management systems. You have good experience working in a certified organization.

You are a confident leader with good experience in handling personnel-related issues. You have experience with budgets, industrial operations, and are used to taking ownership of your areas. Your good leadership is characterized by a desire to build a strong team and create consensus around processes, working methods, and attitudes within the team. You ensure that resources are available for ongoing projects. You are responsible and a good communicator. Important knowledge and experience related to the role:

• Master's degree in engineering, quality, or equivalent professional experience from a larger production organization for at least 10 years.
• Experience working as a leader and manager.
• Familiar with goal tracking.
• Experience in project management.
• Handling customer complaints and related investigation methods.
• Familiarity with business systems.
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
