Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner, is flexible, and analytical in their approach. It comes naturally to you to communicate openly and honestly and collaborate with your colleagues.

As a measurement technician, you will work as a support function for projects and production. The work is mainly independent, where you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your work and plan your workday.

The job responsibilities include:

• Preparing new and improving existing control plans
• Programming our CMM machines, both multi-sensor and optical
• Being responsible for drawing reviews regarding the choice of measurement method, measurement points, and their measurement uncertainty
• Continuously performing and analyzing results from e.g., SPC, MSA, and GR&R to ensure measurement outcomes
• Providing daily support in the production process and developing competencies
• Working on improvements and optimizations and actively seeking new, more efficient methods and systems
• Developing and creating documentation for and developing fixtures, special gauges, and measuring instruments
• Communicating with national and international customers and suppliers regarding quality issues.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Very good knowledge in measurement technology, CMM, SPS, and reading technical drawings (form and position tolerances ISO 1101)
• Experience with Q-das or similar SPS systems
• Experience with CAD
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Structured and responsible
• Engaged and driven, and easy to collaborate in various team constellations
• Striving for continuous improvements and seeing opportunities and solutions
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• You should be unpretentious and have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a smaller company where everyone depends on each other's efforts and commitment.
