We are currently looking for a calm, secure, and social woman aged 25 and above on behalf of our client. The position is a permanent role at 75-100% depending on the schedule we agree upon. Working hours are during the day from 08:00 to 16:00 and/or in the evening from 16:00 to 22:00. Night shifts are also available (from 22:00 to 08:00) but not as frequently. We place more importance on your personal suitability than your previous work experience.

As a person, you should be socially competent, easy to collaborate with, and have a wealth of life experience. If you have a good sense of humor, you will fit in well at this workplace. Since there are both a cat and a dog in the household, you must not have pet allergies. Additionally, if you share an interest in animals with the person you will assist, that is a big plus. We prefer to fill this position with someone who sees it as a long-term commitment. Previous experience in personal assistance is desirable but not a requirement. The most important thing is that the chemistry between you is right!

You will be working with a pleasant and easy-going woman in her 50s living in Hägersten, south of Stockholm. The woman will instruct you in your work, so you need to speak and understand Swedish fluently. Since personal assistance can be a physically demanding job, we prefer candidates who are in good physical health. The rest of the staff is stable, and the assistance is functioning well.
